Deployment is part of the engineering work. When the data is sensitive, I build for production within your infrastructure or with established Swiss hosting providers—never on servers I operate personally.
- Secure by design — access is restricted, data is encrypted, model versions are controlled and every production deployment includes monitoring and safe failure handling.
- Private by architecture — processing remains within the agreed Swiss environment. Your prompts, documents and results are not used to train external models.
- Ready for legal and compliance review — data flows, hosting, retention and security controls are documented against applicable Swiss data-protection and sector requirements, including FINMA expectations where relevant.
Established Swiss infrastructure
Knowing the Swiss options is part of the job. Depending on the requirements, a deployment can run on managed AI services from Swisscom, Infomaniak, Safe Swiss Cloud or Phoenix Technologies, or on dedicated infrastructure from providers such as cloudscale, Exoscale and Nine.
Which provider and deployment model to use is your security, legal and compliance teams' decision. My part is to lay out the trade-offs, build against the choice, and leave the environment, access policy and data lifecycle under your control.
